Q: We cannot afford Susan's speaking fees. Does she ever offer free speeches?

A: The demand for Susan's speaking services grows with every year. Because of her busy schedule, and in fairness to corporate clients and groups that pay her normal speaking fees, Susan cannot offer to do free presentations. Non-profit groups, religious organizations and those with limited budgets are urged to seek a sponsor to underwrite Susan's appearance. Depending on your organization's status and the nature and scope of your event, we may be able to work with you to secure underwriting. Q: Can we request Susan to speak on a specific topic or will she deliver a speech of her own choosing?

A: Susan works closely with each and every client beforehand to understand their objectives for the event. She will either customize a presentation to meet those objectives or she will present a program that has proven popular with similar audiences.

Q: What is the process if we want to book Susan as a speaker?

A: Contact Money Savvy Generation at 847-234-9477 or email info@msgen.com. If you are not taken care of immediately, you will receive a response the next business day. Once a date, topic and fee have been agreed upon, you will receive two signed copies of the Presentation Agreement along with an invoice for the initial 50% deposit of the speaking fee to secure Susan's availability. The contract must be signed and one copy returned with the deposit within ten (10) business days. The balance is due at the conclusion of Susan's presentation. Expenses are reimbursable within 10 days of the submission of a complete travel expense report, which will be submitted not more than 30 days after the conclusion of the event.

Q: How are Susan's travel arrangements handled?

A: These arrangements are handled by the staff of Money Savvy Genration. Specific travel logistics (e.g., time of arrival at the facility, availability of parking, etc.) will be closely coordinated with the client.

Q: Can Susan be available for photo opportunities or media events in conjunction with our event?

A: Susan welcomes these opportunities. They need to be identified upfront and will be included in the Presentation Agreement.

Q: Can Susan's presentations be audio or video taped?

A: Yes. However, Money Savvy Generation retains the copyright to recordings. Money Savvy Generation will also have the first right to edit and review such materials before further use by the client.
